The Hall
The hall is available for hire for private parties, meetings, education classes and talks.
If you wish to hire the hall, please call Rachel Lodge on 01455 291672. The cost is as follows:
Hall and kitchen, £10 per hour
Thanks to a lottery grant and local fundraising, the hall has been refurbished to a very high standard, with full disability access and ladies, gents and disabled toilets.
The kitchen is fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwaher, crockery and cutlery.
Please feel free to arrange a viewing if you are interested in hiring our hall.
Also for hire
We have a full-sized skittle alley available for use in the hall or at other venues for a cost of £25.
Transport is the responsibility of the hirer. For further details, please call Rachel on 01455 291672
Gazebo
A pop up gazebo is available for hire. Measurements are 3m x 3m. Removeable side panels with windows.
Cost £20 per day with £20 cash deposit required.

Supervision
The Hirers are responsible for the supervision of the premises and its contents
In the event of damages to the premises or equipment the Hirer will be liable for the first £100 for repairs and/or replacement
Alcohol
Please be aware there is no licence to sell alcohol
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the Hall
Safety
In the event of an emergency call 999 and ask for the appropriate emergency service
Ensure you are familiar with the emergency fire arrangements and equipment.
The First Aid Kit and accident book are located in the toilet corridor above the fire extinguisher
Keep both fire doors closed at all times
No barbecues or firepits to be used inside or out
Our Safeguarding Policy and Risk Assessment are available on request
Cleaning and Tidying
When leaving the hall please ensure that it is left clean and tidy for the next users:
floor swept
tables and chairs stacked
windows closed
lights and heaters off
kitchen appliances switched off (fridge excepted)
bin bags emptied into outside dustbins
bin bags replaced (to be found under kitchen sink)
When locking up replace the key in the keyholder and ensure that the Cancel (C)buttton is pressed to reset the code
